Artificial intelligence has been used in various forms of art, including painting, music and literature. This has raised various issues regarding ownership and copyright of such artworks. AI App artworks are created by training pre-existing datasets, and it is debatable who owns the resulting images.
Does AI art break copyright?
The most important question regarding copyright infringement by AI-generated artworks is whether an AI can create original art. The legality of AI art has been an issue since 2018, when an algorithm-generated artwork claimed the Guinness World Record for the first artwork created entirely by an AI.
Copyright law:
Under copyright law, anything created by a human is considered the property of the creator unless he or she transfers it to another person. AI software :
Although the AI software has been trained with a data set or an existing work of art, the result is not identical to what was used to train the software. The result is a work that is unique and original to the AI algorithm.

In summary, AI-generated artwork can be seen as original and unique, rather than a reproduction or clone of an existing artwork. It can be argued that AI art does not infringe copyright because it is not a direct copy of other artworks. State copyright laws have to constantly deal with the limits and regulations for new technologies such as AI.
